What to expect: Dynamic warm-up, skill primer, main metcon (12-20 min), short cool-down.

Hip openers, thoracic extension, foam-rolling, breathwork. The work that lets you keep working.

What to expect: Targeted mobility flows, self-myofascial release, mindful movement.

HIIT

HIIT 30

30 min · Intensity 5/5 · Intermediate+

Thirty minutes of all-out intervals. The lunch-break workout for the time-starved professional. Bring intent.

What to expect: Quick warm-up, 20 min of intervals (Tabata, EMOM, or AMRAP), short cool-down.

YOGA

Power Yoga

Vinyasa flow with strength elements. The thinking athlete's yoga — equal parts mobility, strength, and breath.

What to expect: Sun salutations, balance work, longer holds, savasana.
