Veritas Corp was founded in 2008 by three former partners from McKinsey, BCG, and Bain who shared a conviction: most strategy firms had grown too large to do the work well.

We've stayed small on purpose. 38 senior consultants. No staffing pyramid. No bench. Each partner takes on a maximum of four engagements per year — which means our clients get the people whose names are on the cover.

The result is a firm that turns down more work than it accepts. We believe that's the only way to do the work properly.
